# clsFederalAwardStatusCollection

`clsFederalAwardStatusCollection` retrieves federal award status rows either by claim or by worker (joined through the injury-claim table using legacy comma-join syntax).

- Retrieves federal awards filtered by claim and status ([SQL-022](../../sql/SQL-022.md)).
- Retrieves federal awards filtered by worker and status, joined through `CL_INJURY_CLAIM` ([SQL-023](../../sql/SQL-023.md)).

## Behavioral notes
- The worker-branch `AwardStatusCode` parameter is length 1, differing from the claim-branch parameter's length of 5 — a possible inconsistency.*
- Uses legacy comma-join syntax (`FROM A, B WHERE ...`) rather than ANSI `JOIN`.
